Freelanders Staff

Each Guild also has it's own personalized Staff, which is known as the Minor Staff.
These staff members are not PSW or DM staff, but make no mistake, they are crucial for the smooth running of each and every Guild.

Guild Staff members are connected to their Character's position within the Guild. They are therefore restricted as Staff members to their character's Guild. It is, however, possible for one player to have multiple Training characters in different Guilds, which will then mean that player is a Training Staff member for all those Guilds he/she has a training character in.

Deserving members of the FL Group may be granted the privilege to play one of the FL's NSW characters, which can also elevate the player to the Guild Staff level.

Position	Information
Leadership Staff	These are players that have a character in a leadership role within it's Guild. They have an advisory function within the FL Group and work closely together with the Group Staff members.
Training Staff	These are players that have a character in a training role within it's Guild. They have an advisory function within the FL Group and work closely together with the Training Manager. The TS also assists the TM in maintaining the progression records of the members of their Guild.

The conditions to become eligible for staff positions are set for each Guild differently, depending on the nature and characteristics of those Guilds.

Training Staff Requirements

As a Training Staff member you need to:

be an active member of the Guild for at least 3 months
be able to RP at least once a week for the Guild
be willing to update your student's records on the Training Ground board
be willing to be an active and contributing Training Staff member in the FL Group

Leadership Requirements

As a Staff member you need to:

be an active member of the Guild for at least 6 months
be a positive and contributing member of the Freelanders Group
be able to RP at least once a week for the Guild
be willing to act as a Trainer when needed
be actively involved in all IC and OOC matters of the Guild
assist the FL Staff in OOC Kin administration where needed
